I am very pleased, I came to the office to get my cleaning and I felt so safe during my visit. I will definitely be coming back for my tx during this pandemic. Thank you Sundance for taking all precautions and making all your patients feel safe. You whole staff is pleasant and helpful. I will be telling my family and friends to go there!

I liked the visit the staff was super nice. A bit of a wait but understandable due to COVID. Got my wisdom teeth pulled here and overall very knowledgeable staff.

Im sure making an appointment means that your going to show up for that appointment. My appointment was cancelled. I expected to have been seen this morning but I was rescheduled for April this is the 2nd time I tried to get my teeth clean and it seem like I was just another customer. Annoyed and the So called manager blamed me for them cancelling my appointment. Contacting BBB.

Sundance Dental truly go out of their way to make you feel at ease, and also comforting you when the pain in your teeth is unbearable! I can’t say how much of a difference their attention to detail made my confidence soar. I was not afraid to speak up to ask for help because they made it so easy. As a Veteran they work with the VA community health too! I found that to be amazing. If your a 100% disabled Vet they work with VBA to be seen at your convenience. Or even with Tricare. Keep this in mind. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and how wonderful it was to be treated with respect and kindness. The customer service was phenomenal. It should be known that Dr. Shaheen took the time to listen and understand my needs and paid attention to my overall oral health. I was not once filled with anxiety or stress under his care. So please ask for the tremendous dentist and his wonderful team from the VA community healthcare! You won’t regret it. Dr Shaheen and the entire Sundance family have been absolutely amazing. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist. Not anymore! From the bottom of my heart I want to let you know that I really appreciate everything you all have done for me. Thank you.
