Judge violates law. Told him summons came w/o complaint so could not have an arraignment and did not plea. He proceeded anyway put in docket had arraignment and yhat I pled not guilty. Lied. No plea. No contract w this corporate court. No jurisdiction. He a administrator and has a banking number. Raise $ for IMF. True.nRude. Loud. Violates pro se litigants rights. 2 YR 4 MONTHS since case filed w no service of summons and complaint. DISMISS LACK SPEEDY TRIAL. IGNORED IT. CUT ME OFF EVERYTIME TRIED TO SPEAK. Entered FALSE INFO IN DOCKET. Said order given but clerks refuse to acknowledge. Setting a trap. Corrupt court. Name not on name search. Sequesteted. Attorneys could not find any case against menRogue courts in NM. Ex parte orders and DA who got them promoted to District Jydge i same Sandoval District Court. DO NOT RE-ELECT. NO JURISDICTION. NOT ARTICLE III COURT GUARANTEED IN CONSTITUTION. Said going to sentence me for 66 days in jail. And trial in 30 days. Do not re-e-elect this man. You cannRecuse him. Hates pro se. Out of order.
