Diamond Eye Flooring

We have used Diamond eye for all our epoxy and concrete seal needs over the last couple of years and couldn't be happier! They are extremely professional and always communicate with us early and often throughout the process so we can keep our client informed and up to date. We used Diamond Eye because an ex employee recommended them to us. We have been opened one month and the floor is peeling up. They look like they do good work and I'm sure they do on certain projects but installing flooring is not one of them. They installed a floor in our lab and after the third time reinstalling the floor which they couldn't get right we bent and let them hide their flaws by putting chips in the floor. We use chemicals in our processes that they knew about and after two weeks the floor started peeling up. We were late in making a payment to them and the owners refusing to come take a look. I am doing a basement remodel and after I pulled up the carpet and measured the floor, it became apparent that my slab needed some leveling work (+.75 in / -.25 inch over short distances). I looked at renting tools from HD, Brothers, sunbelt, etc and the cost was prohibitive ($500+) and the dust contains silica, which requires an HEPA vacuum. I reached out to Mike @ Diamond Eye and they had a tech (Matt) working on my floors within two days. Using a water level, I wrote numbers on the floor indicating height and Matt went to work. He did a great job, was clean, followed Covid protocols, can't say enough good things. Picture below shows areas ground, the darker area is a section I filled in with leveling compound.
