For some pretext, this review comes from the perspective of some campers at Broken Arrow Ranch, we made our booking through hipcamp.comnI don't even know where to begin with this review, as there isn't enough words to describe how awesome Broken Arrow Ranch was. I guess I'll start by setting the scene.nMy friends and I (9 of us in total) were looking to do some winter camping up in Colorado this January and Dale welcomed us with open arms. Dale did great at communicating how to get to his property and the whole experience was hassle free. The snow and property combined were beyond beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.nDale was an incredible host as well, greeting us shortly after we arrived and making sure we were all good to go. It was clear that Dale was happy to have us and just as excited as we were. Dale even offered some amazing advice on what to do in Creede, CO and was clearly knowledgeable about the area. Dale went out of his way to make sure that we had a fun and enjoyable trip and we cannot thank him enough for it. We may just have to swing up there in the summer some year, when its a little warmer of course.nIf you are looking for somewhere to camp (or even to lodge) Broken Arrow Ranch is a sure bet if you're looking for unforgettable memories. We were reluctant to look at our property at first, but when we did we were in love. Broken Arrow helped us in every way they could. They went above and beyond with every step of the process. We lived out of state and they walked us through the inspections and closing process.nNow that we have our place, we still call upon them for a lot. They are always willing to help in anyway they can.
