My mom has nothing but trouble when speaking with the office to make an appointment. She was trying to make an appointment to get a Covid vaccine and whoever was on the line was going over her medical history. My mom said she had COPD. The woman could NOT understand what my mom said. My mom even had to spell it out for her. That’s pretty pathetic for a “medical” office! Also, when calling to make an appointment (for anything), you are on hold FOREVER. The patients STILL can’t go inside for their appointments. They are “assessed and treated” out in their cars.nGrand River health doesn’t treat the patients this way!nOn a good note, my mom does like her Dr.
I love the staff that works there I don't particularly care for the fact that most people seem to be greeted in Spanish, I think that as you are in Colorado that you should use the language of the land first before the language of the guests
My husband just had a seizure yesterday we got transferred to a nurse named Molly. She was extremely rude from the beginning didn’t ask what happend didn’t care. basically just blew us off she is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place for any of your loved ones. The least molly could do was pretend to care because that’s what they pay her for. Molly I hope you see this and open your eyes if can’t care for people don’t work in the medical field.
This is a great place of u like hanging around for 2 hours for an xray!!nAbsolutely ridiculous ...nnI had to leave before the appointment was finished to get to my kid before school let out.....
I have struggled all my life with finding a good dentist. Dr. Basi at mountain family health is the best dentist I have ever been to! I am very grateful I found him. Not to mention the dental assistants are very nice and make you feel comfortable. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. It was all around a good and smooth experience for me!
