Daniel G. came out and not only unclogged our drain, but saved us $500 for re-plumbing the kitchen sink as well as a jet cleaning. He was able to clean out all of the pipe with what he had and installed small piece of pipe that basically negated the need for further repair all for about $180! This is the second time I've dealt with Flow Right, and I am very pleased, and I'm very hard to please. Jennifer, along with another girl took my calls and were both extremely friendly, so there's nothing more I can say about it. I would highly recommend Flow Right over anyone else, hands down.

David was our tech. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He ensured that I had no questions left unanswered. My family and I just bought our first home. We were disheartened when we started having plumbing issue right off the bat. Less than two week after closing, the base of our upstairs toilet started to leak when it was flushed. So, I called Flow-Right. Initially, they came out and replaced the wax ring and reset the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet started leaking again. Slightly irritated, I called again and they sent out a plumber named Miguel. Miguel was able to come in and replace the Wax ring again, but the toilet was still leaking. So he took a close look at the problem and discovered that the entire plumbing system was failing! Miguel saw how frustrated that this made me and was still able to maintain a courteous and professional attitude, as he walked me through each and every problem with the existing plumbing system. He was than able to provide me with the documentation and reports that I needed to submit to my homeowners insurance. He even had his manager come to our home to enforce his assessment for our records. The problem was to big for me to fix with out help from insurance, and I wish I could say that the problem was resolved, but unfortunately it was not that simple. Miguel was honest, professional, and did everything he could do to try and help me and my family! I will never not call Flow-Right for our plumbing needs! Thank you Miguel!!

First of all let me say thank you for being responsive. I actually called another company asking for help and they told me to call someone else. So glad it was you. Mike H and Brandon M spent 2 days in my tiny utility room installing a new heating and cooling unit. They were polite and answered all 100 of my questions about how things worked. Based off the work ethic of these two, I plan on using this company from now on.

Flow Right was a great choice for us. Although our natural gas water heater was still operational, it was 21 years old and we decided to replace it BEFORE we had trouble and/or a sudden crisis. Our technician Brandon was second-to-none for his knowledge, skill and professionalism. He was on time (in fact, early) and took the time to answer our questions. He arrived at our home a complete professional and when the install was finished, we felt we were saying goodbye to a trusted friend. We'll definitely use Flow Right in the future, thanks to Brandon. He is truly an asset to the company!
