Customer Service is the absolute worst. The lady in charge of the annual dues is offensively rude. The front desk lady and the permit lady are helpful and kind. Finance office personnel seriously need to be replaced.

Six months ago I reported a neighbor that has pine needles and cones piled six feet high. The yard has at least 5 inches of pine debris all overnIt is a rental.nI thought they were suppose to keep up the roads? Try to get in and out on MartineznThe home owners pay an additional $150 to $200 a year to resurface. You’d think with that help it would be maintained better.nPLPOA put out a letter awhile ago asking us what services we wanted. I replied more yard sales and we get two a year ? Next one June?nNo grass seeds ? I’ve been asking for weeks!nnWe are expected to follow all the rules it would be nice to get some help in return.

Receptionist is very knowledgeable about any questions you might have regarding the PLPOA. It is seldom that a business has enough sense to put quality people on the front line but it's because POA management knows that you only have one chance to make a first impression!

Attended a hiking club meeting here. Nice facility.
