The Staff is so awesome and helpful. I always looked forward to my appointment. Its so nice to hear the laughter and feel the and joy it holds in this establishment. I will truly miss each and everyone of them. . Lorraine

I have been going here for treatment with a broken back and several broken bones ribs and neck staff was helpful in beginning but I had a problem with 2 or more members of the team 1 Steve davis actually put hands on me as I tried to leave a treatment early stopping me from leaving then the owner Jim confronted me at the same time I have a severed spine and can't defend myself I thought they were going to tackle me.im 62 155 lbs and they are over 6 ft. very intimidating and then they cancled my treatment as I liked to get a massage from a very nice therapist there that help my pain level for the day I feel they are not concerned with indivigals only money and running people though like a car wash go else where if possible fake smiles and fake treatment they just use rubber bands and ride in place bikes and love worker comp cases if you know what I mean they exaggerate things so you get a check fraud r us cases welcome but if you have a real injury they only care about 200$ an hour and who will pay the bill

I received excellent treatment for my hip problems and everyone has been so nice. The staff has been attentive and pleasant the entire time. I had a less than satisfactory experience at a different facility so I am very lucky to have found this business.

The Staff is very Friendly and Helpful, they Listen to You and Work with you. Place is well kept and accessible.

Shasta Lake Physical Therapy has the best Therapists and aides of any PT I've been to. I have osteoarthritis in my hip and tendonitis in my shoulder. Shasta Lake PT was very professional and more importantly they listened to me. I have been to other PT providers before and I highly recommend Shasta Lake Physical Therapy.
