Drive-Thru Tree Park

If your traveling on the 101, this stop is well worth it. It’s right off the highway, take a left towards legged and Hwy 1, then immediately you’ll see signs. Follow them and it’s a quick 10 minute drive. To get in is 10$ per car. You’ll be greeted by a nice older lady, who will advise you to turn your mirrors in going through the tree.nnDrive slow, and you’ll see all sorts of cool stuff going in and out of the park. There is a huge open area, great to stretch the legs, have some grub, let the dog walk for a minute. There are restrooms and a gift shop, and it never seems to crazy busy.nnThe tree is awesome, lucky for us we were in the Fiat, and we fit through just fine. But it’s not for the largest vehicles. It’s not THAT big.

Beautiful place! The kids loved it! Cool wooden sculptures, huge trees and a nice pond to catch frogs with the kids! $10 per vehicle felt a little much at first but watching my sons enjoy it was worth it. Bring food, there's great spots around the pond for a picnic! Just watch for poo from the geese.

!!! Please read those 1 star reviews before going!!!nnThis is a tourist trap. Once you pay, you have no way to turn around. The road in the park is one-way. And the park is always busy because every car stopping at the tree will need several minutes to take photos. We waited for more than 1 hour to get through.nnThe hole in the tree is extremely small! Look at those photos with cars carefully, comparing you cars with the cars in those photos and deciding whether your car will fit. The employee at the entrance won't tell you whether your car fits or not because they want to make money.

I’ve lived near here my entire life and for some reason I didn’t get to do this until now. What a great little adventure ! In the shade of the giants there are carvings and a great gift shop after the chandelier tree. What I loved was the beautiful open park space! I still can’t believe I was missing this ! I love kitschy tourist attractions & natural beauty . This a a perfect comboud83dudc96

The park is nice and the store have a lot of beautiful things to buy.
