Where do i even begin with PMPT. Josh and Joey have been so helpful with my fitness journey and recovery. My lower back issues have been slowing me down and after my consultation I had no idea it was because of my tight hips and hamstrings. We worked on opening up my hips and adding more range of motion with my lower body, what a lower back fix! Ever since then I have been connecting with them on almost everything. The sessions we have had has been nothing but great energy, hard work, and motivating conversations. These guys make sure I do my homework with my range of motion by utilizing the CARs workout and let me just say, WOW! They know their stuff! The lab is an awesome atmosphere and the vibe makes you wanna go after it! Great professionals and most importantly, life changing sessions. Move better and Live Happier!

Without a doubt 5 stars no matter who you come in contact with at Progressive Motion! I have worked with Joey Salgado myself to get me back to the running game. The education around movement and joint mobility changed my mind set about exercise and mobility forever. It is also easy for me to refer anyone to Progressive Motion because the same philosophy of extraordinary care is embedded with every employee. I referred a client recently who has been lucky enough to work with Bryan and she is so happy with her progress and continues to see mobility improvement. As someone on the other side of surgery with health issues that create limitations, Bryan has met her right where she is at, taken it step by step and encouraged her to stay consistent all in the comfort of her own home. She looks forward to her work with him and is confident she will make the progress she is hoping for. Thank you Progressive Motion for helping people truly move better and live happier!

I have been going to Progressive Motion Physiotherapy for three years now. I am a former CrossFit athlete, and was initially referred to Joey Salgado by my coach to help with a lingering back issue. My experience with Joey has been nothing short of life-changing. He helped solve my back pain within a few months; which was incredible, as it had been plaguing me for years. Even with the initial injury remedied, I have continued to see Joey on a weekly basis for a few reasons. First, he is just about the coolest guy you'll ever meet. Physical therapy is usually inherently boring, monotonous, and often painful. He manages to make the sessions fun, and I thoroughly enjoy the time I get to spend with him. Second, his knowledge of the intricacies of the human body is second to none. No matter what little pain or ache I have, he'll prescribe the perfect way to alleviate whatever is bothering me. Finally, I'm always impressed by how much he continues to acquire new knowledge in his field. His methods are truly cutting edge, and you can tell he enjoys pursuing every avenue possible to help his clients. Over the past three years, my fitness, flexibility, and mobility have improved immeasurably, and I owe it all to Joey. Moreover, he does such a good job describing *why* he's putting me through an exercise, my knowledge of everything fitness-related has never been better. I can't say enough positive things about Progressive Motion and Joey, and I highly encourage utilizing them for your physio needs.

I'm a full-time student and ever since shelter in place has started I've developed more wrist and back pain. I've been working with Ro at PMPT and he does a great job in being very clear and patient with me when it comes to teaching feasible exercises and stretches to do throughout my day. He helped me to see the importance of making time for movement throughout my day, especially since I am sitting down in front of my computer 75% of the time. I used to never want to exercise or do any type of movement, but now I have the urge to move and do some stretches a few times a day. He taught me a lot about total body CARs (controlled articular rotation) and I've loved getting to experience these slower, more focused movements to help my mobility. I'm definitely looking forward to learning more and finding more ways to improve my mobility from the PMPT team.
