How can I give Neil 10 stars? I am a 64 year old athlete who won 3 world championship the past few years and I was devastated to learn that I had lost the cartilage in my left hip. Neil was recommended to me by a doctor of regenerative medicine who said that Neil was his personal mentor. I was 3 months away from another world championship in London and I resigned myself that I had lost too much range of motion and was in too much pain to train let alone compete. Neil did some physical therapy on me, but most importantly knew exactly what exercises to give me that taught my body to move in ways that weren't painful. Long story short, I just got back from London and I was the 1st runner up in the World Championship!nHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
