They delivered my package to the wrong parcel locker in my apartment complex. When I reported the issue they contacted me the very next morning. The person I spoke to was friendly and understood the situation in a few minutes. He was able to get someone to check the community mail box within an hour where they discovered the mistake. The package was placed in the correct box and I received it.nnI did not expect this to get resolved so quickly and easily.nEverybody makes mistakes and I'm very happy with their response.
I accidentally had a package sent to the wrong place, but those at the post office, and their mail men, Leo, went out of their way to get it to my door! So kind, and I am so thankful. Thanks for the help guys!
My landlord lost the mailbox key at my new condo. I had to change the locks so I reached out to the Solana Beach post office and the manager personally called me and assisted me with my transition to my new residence. Very helpful and responsive.
Terrible phone service. Wasted 30 minutes talking to an incompetent computer. Need to have an actual person assist with phone calls
A great USPS that has happy employees that are always friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years now and find it hard to not keep re-upping my PObox lease. You can come anytime to check your mail. Unfortunately you may find someone once in awhile seeking shelter. No harm though.
