Small family owned pharmacy that really cares about their customers. I couldn't get my trigger shot over the long holiday weekend so my doctor called them and they were happy to help. They were grateful that they could serve me even though it was a Sunday over Labor Day. Jason is very personable and concerned with making your visit as smooth as possible. Definitely driving up here again if I ever need another prescription filled.

This is my go-to pharmacy for fertility medicine for my wife. Jason at the pharmacy helped me out with my order, and I really appreciate the customer service they provided for me. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would! RSF pharmacy has exceeded my expectations in numerous ways; from their impeccable customer service to their professionalism to their knowledge of medications. There is no reason to call any other pharmacy or go anywhere else. They not only match prices, but they beat them. Besides that, the customer service they provide to ensure you're comfortable with what you're getting and are satisfied is unprecedented. Prior to calling RSF, I had called at least 5 other pharmacies to get pricing for meds that I needed and it felt like I was talking to a robot that only read me the prices and then asked when I want to place an order. When speaking to an RSF rep, they had compassion and answered all my questions with care. They made sure I understood everything and was comfortable.nnJason and RSF team, I cant thank you enough for taking such good care of me. Just got off the phone with Jason from Rancho Santa Fe pharmacy. Jason was very personal and kind. I was unable to pick up my trigger shot on time and when I got it, it was no longer cold. I had to purchase a different medication. I left a message for Jason and he returned my call the next day and gave me a refund for my medication. It’s people like this that make infertility a little bit easier.
