Avoid interacting with Jacqui Grande as she is unbelievably unethical. I am now navigating a dispute with my credit card company due to her dishonesty. Jacqui charged me for a stone but did not deliver it. Now, she is refusing to refund the $4500 she took as payment. Jacqui Grande has my money and the stone I purchased. Is this called fraud or theft, I’m not certain but either way she is someone to stay away from.
Jacque Grande is a very unethical and dishonest business owner. Beware the niceties are a facade, she will rip you off!
