They came highly recommended by my neighbors. From the start I really liked Rick and his wife very much. I was thrilled to find a local jeweler. However... He stalled for 2 months to even begin my work, which was specifically for my sister's 70th birthday gift. I kept hoping. When I finally asked him if he'd prefer to just not do this job, he convinced me he would like to. That was in early March. It is now mid August, and he still owes me $548 from some silver he melted down. I have heard nothing but excuses as to why my check has not come. After I go back today to ask him once again for the check, I will never do business with them again.
They did an amazing job restoring my husband’s grandma’s 1920s palladium/diamond ring. Very personable. Highly recommend.
I have used them several times and they do great work. Lost a diamond in my engagement ring, he found one to match and reset the ring beautifully. Employees are very nice and always helpful.
I brought a picture in of a Platinum wedding band I wanted made for my husband and he did just an absolute superb job. Very communicative and up front about costs and even changes in the market price of platinum. The results were stunning! I highly recommend him for your custom jewelry needs :)
