I just wanted to come here and thank Sebastian for creating my dreamy engagement ring and making my visions come to life. I'd admit I am not the easiest to work with, but Sebastian was so professional every step of the way. I am going to tell you right now Sebastian is the epitome of a jeweler you don't want to miss out on.nnI've been wanting an oval eternity for a long time and decided to have someone make it instead of buying one from a designer jeweler. You wouldn't believe how many jewelers blew me off or didn't understand my vision. Williams & Sons was one of the last places my fiance and I went to and for the first time, I was able to have a conversation with someone who knew my exact vision and was confident enough to make it happen. Sebastian was so professional from the very start, just based on his first impression my fiance and I knew Sebastian was going to be the one creating my engagement ring. We worked on the rendering in early September and the ring was ready by Oct 31st (mind you I had a lot of requirements in this process & he delivered) and now I cannot stop staring at my new ring.nnI am incredibly happy and honored that I found a Jeweler whom I trust with all my design ideas knowing it will turn out exactly how I envisioned. I cannot wait to create more one of a kind piece with Sebastian and confidently recommend all my friends and family to him.nnI highly recommend Sebastian for those that are reading this review that is on the edge or scared of designing your own engagement ring or a custom piece, he's literally the best!!

Sebastián is amazing! After 11 years of marriage my husband wanted to upgrade my ring. We looked at so many different jewlers and just couldnt find anything that I felt was worth the trade. Then we found William and sons. They had so many beautiful options and we were able to pick everything about the ring. I wanted to share an experience I had with the Williams and Sons Fine Jewellers in Carmel Valley at Del Mar Highlands Town Center.nnI brought my Bell and Ross BR03 Aviator Watch into Sebastian Rajabi to install a new battery. Sebastian had never seen my watch before as it was custom made for the airline that I fly for and was a limited edition. It obviously had a lot of sentimental value to me and I wanted to make sure that it was given the care that such a watch deserves. Upon installing the battery successfully the crown appeared to not activate the digital section of the watch and I could not use it. Of course I was very concerned that the crown did not work. Sebastian agreed to cover any damage that he may have caused to the watch. I then sent the watch to one of two Bell and Ross certified watch repairmen in the U.S.(L.A. and Florida). It cost me $58 more (FEDEX) for my trouble and they were able to sort the problem at no charge. What I really appreciated about Sebastian and Williams and Sons, is that they picked up the charges for the transport fedex to and from the certified Bell and Ross watch repairman. As the crown is quite a complicated part of this watch, it would be easy for someone not trained on Bell and Ross watches to install the crown incorrectly. I really appreciate the attention, professionalism and integrity that Sebastian exercised in making me whole for my troubles. I will continue to be a client and I can vouch for Sebastian's professionalism. Thank you Sebastian.nnDave

Sebastian was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we envisioned.nnI first came to Sebastian with no idea what I was doing in looking for an engagement ring and with a short time frame of when I needed it. He explained to me in detail all the intricacies of what makes a quality diamond and how different characteristics of the gem, setting, and metal impact the cost of a ring. He worked patiently and was never pushy in trying to up-sell or hurry me while I was viewing designs. Once I settled on a design and price point that matched exactly what I wanted, he bent over backwards to help me get the ring in time. Sebastian was also extremely transparent in the ring making process, showing me the engraved serial number on the diamond before and after being set, then gave me a certificate of authenticity with a matching serial number.nnMy wife and I came back a year or so later to have custom wedding bands made to fit her ring. Sebastian was once again extremely patient and accommodating. He gave us tons of advice on what approaches we could take and worked within our price point. We left both times extremely satisfied with what we purchased.nnThank you so much for everything, Sebastian!

Highly recommended. We are here to replace the watch battery. Quality service, super fast service speed. The jewelry here is very beautiful, my next ring must be purchased from here.
