I was very nervous when I began shopping for an engagement ring, and the process seemed daunting. As soon as I got in contact with Kaitlyn at Marrow Fine, the experience turned easy and fun, from start to finish. Kaitlyn helped me find the perfect engagement ring. I bought it without having to go into the store, and my fiancee (she said yes, and loved the ring!) and I are now excited to continue working with Marrow to stack the beautiful ring. Kaitlyn has been such an incredibly helpful and responsive partner for us throughout the entire process. Thank you Kaitlyn, and thank you Marrow!

I worked with Kaitlyn K. to build my dream ring for mine and my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary! She was personable, friendly, supportive and always available to respond quickly. Finally seeing my ring in person was emotional and such a surprise when I found out my husband and her had planned to surprise me with the seven stars band to go with my gorgeous ring! I couldn’t be happier that I get to wear this gorgeous stack for the rest of my life and I hope it is cherished by my family for future generations. To explain why Kendall deserves a 10 out of 5 rating I will need to give some background.nnHistorically, I do not have the best taste when it comes to picking jewelry for my SO. I typically get jewelry for an anniversary and always ask the clerks for their professional opinion. Long story short, the folks over at Tiffany’s are responsible for two lost loves and a lot of heart ache. After one more unfortunate break up due to the poor recommendation of Kay jewelers, I decided I would turn my back on jewelry.nI thought, if I never buy them jewelry then they will never have the chance to leave right? Wrong. As you might have guessed, they began to leave because I didn’t get them any jewelry. It was a lose lose.nnThen one day a friend told be about the unbelievably precise recommendations Kendall over at marrow fine jewelry was giving out. Phrases like the “Leif Eriksen of jewelry recommendations” were used. It sounded to good to be true. So, a little skeptical, I went in to see if Kendall was truly a savant in her field. She did not disappoint. Because of Kendall I’m proud to say that I have now given 5 pieces of jewelry to the love of my life AND she hasn’t left me. I can’t thank you enough for allowing a hopelessly incompetent jewel picker like my self to have a chance at love.

My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful to Jill for designing the ring of my dreams and to Stephanie and Kailtyn for taking the time and providing excellent customer experience at Marrow Fine! Their attention to style and detail, transparent communication, and positive attitudes made our ring shopping experience fun, easy, and not at all intimidating like the normal jewelry stores. We really appreciated their passion for gemstones, jewelry, and overall knowledge about our one-of-a-kind antique stone. Marrow Fine is a place where design, fashion, and great stories intersect and ran by an incredibly talented and professional team. We are so excited to be a part of the Marrow family! I had such an amazing experience with Marrow Fine! I had a virtual custom consultation with Kaitlyn to design a very special ring in memory of my little brother. She was so helpful and suggested the design that I ended up choosing and it seriously couldn’t be more perfect! I’m so thankful to Kaitlyn and the Marrow Fine teamud83dudc99ud83dudc9a I was a little unsure of the virtual process at first but Kaitlyn was amazing and the whole process was totally seamless! I couldn’t be more happy with the ring!
