I have known Ron for about 24 years. I first met him at his jewelry store in Downtown. He has been very nice and taking good care of customers. Even though I dud not purchase expensive jewelry from him, he still had a good service and a kind to me.nnMy husband bought the engagement ring from Ron in 2004. Then, I recently contacted and met Ron to adjust my engagement ring, which the diamond was very slightly wiggling.nnHe immediately kept my ring and fixed it a day. He took care of old customer even I had not seen him for 15 years. I am really appreciative of his professionalism and his kindness. Thank you Ron!

I was visiting in Del Mar from Minnesota this week, and at an event when a prong gave way on my wedding ring and the emerald-cut solitaire fell out, I was reluctant to try a jeweler I didn't know but worried about carrying my ring and stone around all week until I returned home. Ron assessed the problem, described what he would do to fix it, how much it would cost and noted it probably needed to be sized up, as well. He also offered to stay late if needed for me to pick up the ring once finished, to accommodate the hours I was working the event. He finished it two days before the estimated time, rebuilding the setting and making it look like new. I could not possibly be more pleased with his fine work. Great service and craftsmanship!

Nice selection terrible customer service. Not Engaging at all and I've never been to a place where you get such stink eyes... good luck staying in business this day and age.
