Excellent service—we had an engagement ring restored here. They reset the diamond beautifully, sized it perfectly to my finger and appraised it. Tim (the owner) takes a personal touch and chatted with us and explained everything he recommended for the ring and why, so we knew exactly what they were doing and were involved in the process. George (his goldsmith) is top-notch and his work on the ring was great. I highly recommend Tim’s store!
Really great experience working with Passion Fine Jewelry. We worked together to create a custom engagement ring design and deliver it with a quick turnaround requirement. The result was perfect. The team took the time to share their knowledge and expertise, advise me on options, and worked with me to come up with the best solution based on what I wanted. She loved the ring, and more importantly said yes! Highly recommend.
Went by Passion for a minor watch fix, and they did a wonderful job. Very courteous and friendly. I’m glad I discovered this store, and will be back when shopping for nice jewelry- they had some nice pieces.
