Coaster is always on time & the staff aboard are friendly in an openly inviting way. Good place to re load your fare card. However the buses, as is per usual in San Diego are often late or early and sometimes when the drivers jump off to use the restroom they take forever therefore making the bus leave late - but I doubt they are always taking their sweet time on purpose I mean when you gotta go you gotta go. Just be prepared that your bus could leave early or late which will screw up your entire trip if you have a second bus to catch so if you're trying to get to an important appt I suggest planning ahead to arrive / take the early trip plan to make sure you get there on time or just order an uber. Also if your phone doesn't have service walk to the little cafe & ask if you can connect to their wifi because it'll work at the station. Also there's a bathroom here which is surprisingly decent so that helps if you've got a long trip.
