Goodwill Bookstore and Donation Center

I loved to read books and in this place there are huge selection of books. The staff is great here!!

well, they get one star for the good work they do and one for the 2 of 10 staff that bothered to look interested or even respond to a direct question. I'm glad they accepted my donations, but it took 4 drive-bys to find a time they were open due to a shortage of boxes. Be aware, now that we are in Covid-19 life you unload yourself and this time I wasn't offered a tax receipt (and frankly they didn't appear capable of providing one so I didn't ask).

Thank you for only having donation hours when regular people work just threw a couple grand of stuff in a dumpster after trying to donate to three separate locations. I will never go to a salvation army again.

Donating your book collection can be a sad day. I would have liked the lady working at Goodwill to be a little bit more sensitive. I'll still give her a four star review though.

I have never been so insulted while trying to make a donation to my community that I love. The guy working in the donation area needs to find another place to work! He didn't want my donations and what he did take, he threw it into the bin without any care. I will never donate to this location again! Despicable customer service.
