The WORST by far! I called this company to get my mom to the hospital because she was not responding to me. They come out and diagnosed her along with the Escondido Fire Department and decided to call her a mental case BEFORE she was even seen by any doctor at any emergency department here in this county. They informed me that her vitals were normal, but they were not. Then I had to ask them where they taking her because they were not about to tell me, then they told me. So the bottom line is: If you want to be diagnosed without a doctor and have some paramedic do it, call this place. Maybe they might get it right with you because they were not right here.On top of everything else the doctors at the hospital told my family that her gall bladder needed to be removed, we were in the hospital a week. The paramedic knew nothing!
