This place has a great selection of junk. I was told today that the 3 pieces I bought were 1. Not the right jewelry for my piercing although the nice girl said they were, and 2. Basically very poor quality and not recommended to use. Definitely will not be returning.
Kalya's Body Jewelry is my favorite place to get jewelry. The staff are always helpful and friendly, especially the redheaded woman who works there. They have the biggest and best selection I've ever seen.
Being a loyal customer I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I was looking to purchase a new ring for my helix piercing and the man working was incredibly rude. Every time I asked a question not only did he seem annoyed but was vague with his answers and blatantly rude. I would not recommend this shop to anyone due to the horrible customer service. You can easily find cheaper rings online and don't have to endure condescending employees.
I’ve tried this place a few times over the years. If you want to be ignored while the sales person draws pictures on a pad of paper and waste your time just to spend 3 times as much for something you just have to wait for 3 days if you ordered online.... here’s the place for you
