was shopping here (on 3/27 and 3/28) and was helped by Gigi, Zoe, and especially Cassandrannexcellent customer service! I was struggling so much with my bag while shopping and Cassandra offered to put my first bag on hold while I fill my second bag since I was struggling. Gigi allowed me to sort my items on a rack. Zoe was really patient with my three transactions.nnThank you Gigi, Zoe, and Cassandra! It's been the most helpful Forever21 team I've encountered.

I go here with my wife and sometimes find good things in the boyfriend/husband area.

The environment is nice and for someone who hates shopping with a passion, I feel incredibly at ease looking for clothes here. I also noticed they had a pretty big plus-sized section and the clothes there looked really cute. The sign said it was for sizes XL-3X. And they had everything from underwear to jeans to hoodies to dresses. Really cool.

Great if you like clueless employees selling cheap Chinese made clothes. I'm not sure what was worse, the music, employees or the clothing. My daughter and I went in to get her some summer clothes..wow. Even she was unimpressed. Fairly large place, but more racks than not were a mess. I actually thought they may have been robbed. Go elsewhere. The clothing was insanely cheap, not prices. Poor stitching, thin and the places smelled like it was printed and boxed in a dow chemical factory. That's the smell from poor dye and toxic chemicals. Nope, no thanks. Go elsewhere.
