I went to all the big name brand shop but nothing really “wowed” me to purchase due to service and prices that were mediocre at best. Yesterday, I went to Kevin’s in the Escondido mall and had an amazing experience with Maria and Brenda. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. There are amazing deals. Fantastic financing. However, most of all, you’re treated like family from genuinely kind people. Not only did I get a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings, but I got another pair AND the most beautiful ring I have ever laid eyes on. Honestly, we had the best experience with Jonathan and the manager Maria. We talked to many other branches and drove 2hrs from home to make a deal with them. They were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I will definitely keep coming to them and willing to drive 2hrs from home to make my future purchases from them. They have the best customer service and I loved their “can do” attitude. Not once did Jonathan not go out of his way to work with us and make our purchase happen.

Came here with my friend because we had been hunting for a great deal on diamond earrings and Maria and Brenda was sooo helpful and were not pushy at all!
