Let me start of by saying I have been searching for a pair of diamond earrings for months. I went to all the big name brand shop but nothing really “wowed” me to purchase due to service and prices that were mediocre at best. Yesterday, I went to Kevin’s in the Escondido mall and had an amazing experience with Maria and Brenda. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. There are amazing deals. Fantastic financing. However, most of all, you’re treated like family from genuinely kind people. Not only did I get a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings, but I got another pair AND the most beautiful ring I have ever laid eyes on. I feel so incredibly happy about my purchase and will be back for future purchases. If you’re looking for amazing genuine customer service and prices from the best look no further! Kevin’s is the place for you with no body that even compares to them! Thank you Maria and Brenda I will see you soon!

Honestly, we had the best experience with Jonathan and the manager Maria. We talked to many other branches and drove 2hrs from home to make a deal with them. They were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I will definitely keep coming to them and willing to drive 2hrs from home to make my future purchases from them. They have the best customer service and I loved their “can do” attitude. Not once did Jonathan not go out of his way to work with us and make our purchase happen.

Came here with my friend because we had been hunting for a great deal on diamond earrings and Maria and Brenda was sooo helpful and were not pushy at all! We found two pair of diamond earrings and even found a tennis bracelet. A very enjoyable experience and the staff so nice and patient while looking and trying things on. Will be back for future purchases.
