Piercing Pagoda

I’ve always been a big fan of Pagoda just because I’ve never had a bad experience with them taking care of my toddler’s jewelry needs since I took her as a baby to get her ears pierced in one of their locations in Northeast Virginia. First time visiting the mall so I had trouble locating them. I called and the staff were very friendly. The gentleman I spoke with was so patient he guided me to where they were located. Upon arriving, he paid attention to our needs and allowed my toddler to pick out her jewelry. A big plus was they had buy one get 2 half off. I highly recommend for parents looking to get their toddlers jewelry.

Nice jewelry selection and friendly staff. When I was looking for a particular item they located that item Nd contacted me upon its arrival....I returned to the location and purchased 2 items they set aside for me. So nice they had what I was looking for as I have been searching with no luck till now

Store representative served poor customer service in which she attended to me last even though I arrived first. I knew exactly what I wanted and made that known but she still decided to ignore me. Needless to say I left after letting her know how unsatisfied I was. Race was the only factor.
