Our freezer went out yesterday and Mario at Serv-U-Appliance was able to come by at the end of his work day to repair it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it on the spot at a reasonable cost. I'm very thankful to Mario and Serv-U-Appliance for their prompt and professional service. Thanks to their promptness we were able to save over $300 worth of frozen food!

Compared to all the used appliance stores we tried this place blew them out of the water. Good inventory, great customer service. Went in for a washer and dryer today and already had it delivered and installed, all within a couple hours.
If I could give a zero I would. Called them in Dec and they came and looked at my washer pulled it apart and didn't bother putting it back. Said they were going to order a part and never heard from them again. I wanted them to fix it and I paid the fee. It's their job to finish the job.
