Excellent company. Employees have excellent customer service. They always service the machines in a timely manner. Better than our previous company.
I have so many great things to say about this company! Very timely with their responses when it comes to fixing their washers and dryers, and very affordable prices. I save so much money washing with them as opposed to a public coin laundry. I would recommend them to anyone. They even allow me to buy quarters off their workers, which is a huge plus, especially during this coin shortage. 5 stars for sure!!
Worst service employees ever. Acting really rude to clients, attitude problems and look like they hate doing their job even though it’s THEIR JOB to fix the machines. Don’t even try to see if they fixed it right when they’re done they just leave leaving us to call again because it’s still broken or they even made it worse. Guy with the colar shirt was super rude especially.
Great company to partner here in the san diego area... they are professional at their work... they are always on the slope for what the customer needs, they are very fast to fix any problems that arise.. thank you
