The room was hot air conditioning was not working correctly the air filter was super dirty (have pictures to prove it). The carpet was also very dirty with carpet nails sticking out had to put a towel down so we wouldn't get hurt. The shower water backed up. There was crickets inside the room signs that they do not spray insect repellent. My wife accidentally lock the bedroom door and we could not get in called for help no one returned my call had to watch a YouTube video and drive to Walmart too buy a screwdriver to open the door, no one ever returned my call for help. The pool area was the best part of my stay.
