Crown diamonds is the worst jeweler you can ever purchase from. They pray on people with bad credit. That's their angle. I would've give them minus stars if I could. The quality of jewelry they sell is bottom shelf refurbished jewelry that people trade in at other stores. No quality whatsoever. All their jewelry is also hollow inside . Nothing solid. This jeweler also confused me for a different customer with the same name. This person had a defaulted account and they kept harassing me with calls and letters to pay my account that was already paid in full. They also damaged my credit because of this other loser who didn't pay. I will never do business with them again ever. Not to mention there was a person at the fontana office who is the worst customer service rep with the worst attitude. Don't be fooled by them. They don't help you the slightest bit. They're a complete scam of scandalous people

This is the worst place in the world to buy jewelry I will never do it again. From the very first day when I went to pick up my rings I have had nothing but trouble with them. The day I picked my rings up they had re-sized them to a 3 when they were not even supposed to mess with the size of the ring just add a bigger diamond to the ring I already had. Then I kept getting phone calls saying we were late on payments when were on auto withdrawl payments...they had us mixed up with a customer by the sam name..they called us more them once and wrote us also.no apologies when they were wrong...today I went in there to have them fix my ring that I paid an extended warranty of $300 for and they will not fix it unless I pay them to..and they refuse to give me any paperwork showing the accounts been paid in full..DO NOT SHOP HERE ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD
