TLC Escondido Dental deserves my 5/5 star rating. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, organized and helpful. I feel welcome and appreciated as a patient. Dr. Madrigal has exceptional skills and knowledge. She does impeccable work with a gentle approach. During my recent procedure, I was impressed with how she treats her staff with kindness and respect. I was relaxed and never had pain during or after any of my procedures at TLC, which was not always the case with my dental work. I am so grateful to have found TLC Escondido Dental and highly recommend this office.
I just recently found this office after I left my old office I wasn’t happy with. I could not be more glad I found them! I was referred by a friend who also uses them. I live in Murrieta but my friend said it would definitely be worth the drive (he was right!). Right when I walked in I noticed how clean the office was and the staff checking you in was super nice. My initial visit was so thorough and I really appreciated that. Becky was the one taking my X-rays and doing the initial exam portion. She was so sweet and really took the time to ask me questions and make me feel comfortable. Then I met with Dr. Madrigal. She was amazing! You could tell she cared a lot about her patients. She ended up finding cavities that my previous dentist had missed for 10 years! After that appointment I got a regular cleaning and was also super happy with that experience. My hygienist was Mallory and she was really great! She got me in and out on time and that was even with answering all my questions (I ask a lot). My teeth felt so clean after but she didn’t hurt me like a lot of hygienists have in the past. Overall, I would say I had a truly wonderful visit with each and every person I encountered. So happy I found this dentist and I will be highly recommending them to everyone I meet!
Super good dentist, they always try to offer the most comfortable and pain free experience possible. Haven’t tried them Yet? Well go ahead and give them a call you won’t be disappointed by the outstanding service that provide. 10/10 would recommend them for sure.
With the reopening, TLC Dental were following the CDC rules to the letter. I had my blood pressure and temperature taken before my appointment. Dr. Reyes is gentle and soft spoken. He explains every step he will do as he goes along. I like that as I feel like I know what will happen. Lessens anxiety. He explained that other patients prefer not to know and he respects that as well. The office has all the up-to-date equipment. I went in to have a crown put in. An old one had come out. They make the crowns there in their practice. .Once it was complete I was on my way. Very pleased. I believe they accept most insurances as well. Thank you Dr. Reyes., Carol M Escondido
I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.nReyes and his assistant. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.nDr. Reyes and his staff made me feel comfortable the entire process. They were thorough about the whole procedure and provided great details about the extractions, insurance coverage, and recovery time. Overall, I'm happy I decided to get my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr. Reyes. I highly recommend TLC!
