It was a pleasant experience working with qualified dentists. I was badly looking for a dental surgeon to reduce pain. My friend told me about The Dental Express in Escondido. I got an appointment and found the nursing staff and doctors fully cooperative and friendly. My pain went away in a quick time. Superb work!
Best customer service at any medical practice I have had in a very long time. From scheduling to billing. Sal RDA was fantastic! Dr. Jamie Ferguson was painless and was able save my neglected teeth. I thought they would have to be extracted. This is a new location in Escondido and if you need dental work I can't say enough good things about them.
I cannot say enough about Dr Ferguson and the support staff, especially Whitney & Omar, for making me feel at ease. I followed Dr Ferguson from his previous location and though the drive is longer, I cannot see myself going to anyone else. If you are looking for kindness and compassion in a dental office, you found it here. Thanks again!
After my relocation, I was in need of finding a new Dental Office. I am so glad I chose Dental Express of Escondido. Not only is the office newly open, but the staff are most EXCELLENT, from the first phone call to having the door opened for me as I left. I am fortunate that my teeth are easy, but I will be back for my next scheduled cleaning.nnI HIGHLY recommend this dental office.
I was in desperate need of a dental cleaning, I came across Dental Express and let me tell you that this Dental office goes above and Beyond with their patients. I came with 3 little ones and they helped all of us and even babysat my baby while I had my cleaning. Thank you Omar and Dr for being so gentle on my teeth. I’m excited to come back in three week.
