My Sweet Smile Dentistry

WOW! In all my life I never experienced anything as horrible as I did in this office, I left the office crying for the way I was treated during my wisdom teeth removal, I had gotten one done before and the dentist was rough and a careless but I just wanted the removal to be over and done with. This last time I waited for 30 minutes for someone to check me in the front desk, the place is dirty and it shows they haven't cleaned it in a while, once the procedure started for my wisdom tooth to be removed my nightmare began, the dr. knows I have braces and yet he would lean on my mouth to remove the tooth, the assistant all he did was watch the TV during the entire time, it was pain I have never experience before but after 2 hours it was removed, the second one was the worst, he kept stretching my mouth without care I felt the sharp pain on the outer corners of mouth, I had to stop him because I couldn't bare the pain anymore, the Dr. Should just retire and close down because I could tell he doesn't have the passion for the work he does anymore. WORST and I mean worst experience of my life, when I got home I noticed all the cuts around my mouth cause by the dentist careless actions when he was trying to remove the teeth, he dropped an instrument in my mouth and the assistant placed the sucking instrument in my nose! Man I swear I will not be going back to that office, please don't go here, save yourself from pain this dr. Causes.

i ordered £74 worth of products to not receive anything. spoke to a women called lauren that wasnt helpful at all and told me i wont be getting my product. will definitely never order from their again!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SITE

The staff is always friendly, Love the way Dr. Trinh treats my kids he's very patient with young children. A 5 star dentist office that's always clean and ready for you!

Fantastic staff! Very clean. We tried 2 other places when we moved out here and my kids absolutely love my sweet smile!
