paid traffic ticket there and they never updated the system for the DMV. Live outside san Bernardino county area and there is NO WAY to contact them via phone or web site. No online sources to get any information

We had a dispute over earnest money. Commissioner Connally heard our case in Small Claims Court and found for us, the plaintiffs. Then Fontana Court dropped the ball and did NOT get the necessary paperwork out to all parties so that the defendant could mount an appeal in a timely fashion, if she wished. So, the judgment for us was set aside and after the defendant appealed the decision, we had to have a new trial. This second time in court was with a young (seemingly thorough) judge. This judge read the fine print on our sales contract concerning dispute resolution and decreed that we had to Arbitrate to solve our dispute and she could NOT rule on the matter. UNFORTUNATELY, she FAILED to read the next paragraph where it covered Exclusions to having to Arbitrate, which included ANY matter that is within the jurisdiction of a probate, small claims or bankruptcy court!! (We unfortunately did not see this paragraph until after we left the court.) We had been told by a Real Estate Broker that we could accomplish arbitration by going to small claims court, but the judge disputed this. So, after two 1/2 day court appearances in Fontana, we are no better off than when we started! What a disappointing waste of time and money for ALL concerned!!

I had a fixit ticket & at my due date in Feb, still couldn’t get my car fixed as no auto shop (3 diff shops) could figure out my smog issues. So I was given an extension til May. The staff was courteous & organized.nThen Covid hit, I finally found a shop that fixed my issue & my car passed smog. I got my DMV registration completed & my license plate sticker 2020. But since all court services were closed, I didn’t return to Courthouse until yesterday (June). They had lines taped inside & outside for social distancing, MANDATORY MASK in building, plenty of personnel to guide you to the correct line & find out what you were there for & then direct you again to correct area inside courthouse. The service was quick & courteous & helpful. FYI...I was told all tickets had automatically been given an extension (whew...was worried about a penalty). All the staff acted like they cared & were doing their best to get your problem solved fairly.nnI was impressed. A huge difference since my last interaction with that courthouse for traffic ticket 5 years ago!! Back then there was apathy, rudeness & no one directing anyone.

Well what can I say, not very happy to be here because I got a ticket and need to be here for court, this court is clean and has an electronic log with names making it really easy to find your name up on the board, this court is clean and the service is fast I was in and out in less than an hour, the only issue I had is that my schedule appointment was there for eight o clock and they didn’t start until twenty minutes later but they were quick with the delivery.
