Sayeed and his assistant called me for 2 weeks to try to get me to switch to a “ “cheaper” policy ... I had recently sold a car and was switching names on it and wanted to wait ...well as soon as I would tell his assistant no he would call me ... being the owner he assured me that it would be in my best interest to do this before another payment came out ...so I did ...the first week I had it I needed roadside assistance and was told by him I had it but when I called the company they said I didn’t ...I noticed on my second month bill auto draft that it was 450 vs the 300 I was paying ...he assured me that he would get it changed ....before my third month I got an email for the next autodraft... I screenshot and sent to him and he told me he would stop payment ...but sure enough to come the date it’s taken out the 450 amount despite him assuring me he had stopped payment ....I can’t ever reach him or the assistant that called me continuously....keep in mind I dropped a vehicle and my policy went up ...
Unethical company who want answer the phone ....I’ve been told one thing numerous times but never see the reflection...my bank account has been charged multiple times for a higher amount than what was agreed upon ...the assistant doesn’t know what she’s talking about ...small business who delegated all there responsibilities ...good luck getting a resolution to any of your needs
