I have been a happy customer with the company for over 6 years now. I had a huge instant connection with the staff. Their prior employer Alice was such a sweetheart who even remembered my sons first birthday and got him a birthday present. I have purchased several items and will continue to do so as time goes by. The customer service is beyond amazing. Thank you Bernardo for your patience and James for always attending to my children and giving them a balloon everytime. You guys are truly amazing!
Bernardo was beyond amazing. He was able to get me an exchange for a ring that got damaged and got me a beautiful upgraded ring that I’m so in love with. Not only did I get jewelry for myself but I also was able to get something for my boyfriend. Unfortunately,nI had to have my ring resized so I didn’t get to wear it out but in a week I will have it sitting beautifully on my hand. He was also able to give me the 60$ gift credit that wouldn’t have gone through til the next day. I am so happy with my purchase and I know who I will be going to for now on for any jewelry buys.
