Beware....nnOwner is a fraud. I paid him to install a sump pump and the work was never started. He gave me a discount to pay upfront...that is my ignorance to pay him on the front end. I demanded a refund and the owner kept telling me I would get a refund check but it never came. Eventually he stopped answering my phone calls. Needless to say this is a company with no morals.nnStay away from this company.
I cannot say enough good things about SoKy Pest Management. They walked me through the entire process, made sure that we knew all the prep before they came. They were thoroughly professional while still being friendly and approachable. They answered all our questions and gave us tips we hadn't realized might help getting rid of our pests.nnThe price was also very reasonable, especially considering we'd gotten other quotes that were just ridiculously overpriced. They've offered to come back and spray again free if we see anymore bugs after the two treatments.nnThe father and son were just everything a frazzled, slightly freaked out parent needed to help settle all my fears about the process.nnCall them. You'll be glad you did.
They began with excellent service and then never called back or responded to messages. It's like they went out of business and left we high and dry. I had to pay another company to retreat my home to get the guaratee. Poor service.....sad
They take care of our rentals and always do an excellent job. Very friendly, quick and thorough.
Excellent service...Easy and accommodating, quick to respond to questions, and go above and beyond to help without trying to push products you don’t need. If you need any sort of pest control, make this your first call!
