We bought tile at the old location in Cathedral City. We loved the tile! Our only complaint was the customer service. It was hard to find someone to help us. No sales representative was available in the showroom. We finally found someone in the back yard area to assist. Today I took some family members who are looking for flooring for their new house in Palm Desert. We were there 20 minutes and couldn't find anyone to help. The store was virtually empty. So we left and went to a different tile store.

Really excellent service and attitude towards customers. We had the smallest of orders but they took the time to help and treated us with importance. Can't say enough about our experience and Victory Tile!nHope we can put in a large order in the future...well done!

Great inventory even greater customer service. There was a small issue with the product we had already ordered and paid for but, they helped us order something else, priced matched for us and, they made sure we left satisfied. Thank you Victory Tile.

We purchase all our tile and supplies from Victory Tile. Knowledgeable staff and great quality products. John our salesman has always helped us with any question we may have. The new locations sales counter is a little hard to locate but worth the search !

Vic, John, and Mike are amazing. I've been going to Victory forever and will continue, as well as send my clients in. Their selection is huge almost too much! They treat you like you're family, like you matter. If you have 15,000 or 15 square feet they treat you so good!
