Great customer service! I had called to check on my order a few days after I ordered it, and was pleased to find out they overnight shipped my order because it had taken a little longer than they usually do.nThe product itself was easy to install on our own, and looks really realistic. It's easy to use and looks beautiful in our fireplace.

After nearly 40 years of cutting, hauling & splitting firewood, then keeping our wood burning heater going on cold nights, it was a chore that we depended on for our heat source but couldn’t really enjoy because we had to keep the doors closed or the smoke filled our home. Absolutely the best value on the market!! I have my new logs installed and am enjoying the most efficient heat on the available . Using these two sets of natural gas logs I set the thermostats and they maintain 68-70 degrees in my 3700’ sq house. I’m so happy!! Thanks
