The staff is always friendly. And the store is always clean as well as the restrooms. Great location too for those coming from Butler county who need an Ice Coffee fix, absolutely love, Love, LOVE it!!! (The best ever is french vanilla & mocha mix). My daughter feels the same way.
It is a good place but if you want to buy something at the deli will be the wrong place due It's a young lady with a pony tail who needs to be fired due she doesn't have any manor with the clients, I did have a bad experience with her last night Just because I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese then she got upset and gave me all kind of attitude so I told her to keep the pizza and walk away from her and report her to her manager. I believe if you don't like the job you are doing don't take it with the costumers, she doesn't deserve to work in a nice place like iga at 185. Hopefully the manager will take care of this matter so won't lose any more costumers!!!!
