If you owe them any money best take out a loan and get it paid. They will turn you over to credit bureaus- even if your paying them. Most. People are struggling to met their payment terms and with COVID and people losing jobs, they still won’t work with you.

I deliver food for a living and make my money off of tips. During the quarintine I’ve been working at least 6 days a week. Not only were the people here rude to me when I delivered their food but they tipped me $3 in change on a $130 order. I wish the best of luck to anyone that has to deal with them because they obviously only care for themselves.

This was a positive experience so far. They have recently moved. Google maps doesn’t even show their driveway yet (as of 12/10/19). You can now go straight there instead of having to go thru the hospital parking lot. I went to Waheed. All the staff from the volunteer that helped us know where to go, to the ladies at the desk who checked me in, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the doctor himself, to the one who gave me follow-up instructions...all were polite and had a smile. Above and beyond what a typical doctors experience is. Yes, you have to wait, but if you don’t want to have to wait, you shouldn’t be going to the doctor. It goes with the territory.

I have been trying for five months to get the up front payment back since my insurance has already paid for the visit. Twice I have been told it would be sent to me only to wait for it and then call and find out it still has not been sent. Don't pay them up front if you are waiting for your insurance cards to get there.

What an absolutely amazing group of people so professional so friendly so able to put patients at ease. I had my introductory visit with Dr Akbar and what an amazing physician. Very attentive an excellent listener made me feel that I was the most important patient of the day and was able to get me a heart echocardiogram on that very visit so that it did not have to return from Scottsville. I learned of Dr Akbar and his practice through Linda Stovall who is my new general practitioner. When moving from Ohio there was some concern about obtaining good medical advisors. I am so happy that I found those two medical professionals and I feel very confident that I am in excellent hands and I'm looking forward to a long relationship as their patient.
