I must say that Dr. Mina, Vero, and her whole staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my whole treatment there. They have such an incredible customer service and are supper professional at what they do! I highly recommend anyone to come here! YOU WONT REGRET IT !

The reviews highlight the staff which are great. Lobby- cushy. Video games cookies coffee etc. great. Sadly all this means nothing when your child is bullied by the dentist herself, while staff looks on and allows her to belittle children for failing at their endeavors to have straight teeth. And definite difference since she changed her sign to promote Invisalign. How sad when your kid and peers discuss their Orthodonitst as mean and scary. Such an expense and it takes time. Her bad cop mannerisms are just bad. I guess if you do everything perfect and do the thing she wants she can manage kindness- God forbid your dog gets the Invisalign or you mess up the order ud83dudc7bud83dude2d

Dr. Mina Narula and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. They practiced safety procedures and appointments are fast! Amazing customer service skills! Everyone was so sweet and genuine. I absolutely recommend this place!

I am new to getting orthodontics, and I must say that I am absolutely floored by the level of service, warmth, friendliness, and professionalism by Dr. Narula and her staff. Melissa at the front is a gem, and was so patient and helpful with all of my questions. Tatiana was also extremely welcoming! David and Brenda were so accommodating with Financial planning and worked with my difficult work schedule. Dr. Narula herself was fantastic, and gave me the confidence in the process and herself to undergo this process I had put off for so long.nnYou could not find anywhere else better!

I just want to point out how amazing Dr. Narula and her staff are. My whole family is being treated at this office. My whole family has the pleasure of being treated by Gricelda, and she is the most amazing and caring person I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this office because they offer the best treatment plans and their customer service is exceptional.
