BEWARE. I went there for an evaluation and they claimed that they called my insurance to get an exact amount for how much it would cost for services rendered. On the day I received these services, I paid what they had told me at the evaluation. Fast forward 3 weeks and I received an additional bill for an amount that was HIGHER than what I had already paid. After calling my insurance, they said they had no record of any dentist calling for potential services. Had I known that I would incur these additional costs, I would have waited longer until I could save for these services, rather than having a surprise bill and financial burden come to me in the mail long after my appointment was in the rear view mirror. This was my 3rd time there; 2 times in 2017 and this most recent visit. Well when I called to ask why they sent me an additional bill they said I had a balance from 2017. Funny that the bill they sent was all charged for this recent visit, and nothing labeled for a balance from 2017. I find it odd that they never sent me a bill for this “outstanding balance” from 2017; almost 2 years later. Be careful with this dishonest/corrupt place.

My wife went here to have a few cavities filled. She had them all done (or were supposed to be done), and was charged for white composite fillings. Well, somehow, one of her other teeth ended up with a SILVER amalgam filling (which is never used anymore) and it magically didn’t appear on the explanation of benefits. My wife didn’t realize that the one filling was done in silver until she got home. After receiving the explanation of benefits, she called the dentist, and she denied ever having done that tooth in silver. The dentist couldn’t even call me herself to explain; she had her receptionist do it for her.
