Definitely a place you should check out when in the Eagle River area! Lots of fun cool things to look at and lots of cool road signs! Heidi is super sweet and awesome to talk too! Definitely gonna be stopping in again soon.
A must see shop in Eagle River! Thrifty Drifter is unlike any other antique store. The store is filled with unique pieces. You could easily spend hours here and still discover more interesting items on your next visit. Many off these finds have stories and histories that Heidi is very well-versed in. I can’t wait to stop in again.
This place is my all time favorite. I stop in every time I’m in town. Heidi has deep knowledge of her inventory AND one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet. I’ve spent hours just looking around in there since I was a young. And I never leave empty handed. If you’re looking for some cool antiques or kind northwoods hospitality stop on in.
The thrifty drifter is an awesome store, we love to visit it every time we come to town. It has literally everything! I never leave empty handed. Heidi is always welcoming and will go the extra mile to help you out...I love, love, love this store.
We stopped here on a whim due to so many interesting items out and about the building. We found ourselves more than pleasantly surprised at the wide assortment of the items that were on hand, and the outstanding affordable prices. We ended up coming back the next day as well, as we felt we really didn't even see everything, there was that much to look at. The owners name is Heidi, who is ultra friendly, fun and knowledgeable. She also does special orders of metal signs, again at an awesome price. We look forward to returning, as the inventory continually changes and turns over. If you are in the area, stop in, you will have a fun and interesting time, and walk away with some very good buys.
