VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region

I've worked for this place for the last yr with my service dogs. I've had some ups and downs during that time and they have been super accommodating and helpful for the downs. I can't thank this place enough for all they have done. This place has also help me pursue and pay for my lna license. They also helped me get back on my feet 7 yrs ago after I was in a car accident. Ty to the staff and clients for everything I have and accomplished with your help in the last yr. My life is better because of it.

The staff at VNAHSR was extremely helpful with getting my father back on track. He had several health complications and needed to recuperate at my house. The admission nurse discovered right away that he had some prescriptions that were interacting badly with each other. They got him set up for PT, OT and a dietitian. They showed up when they said they would, were compassionate, made him work hard, and were a great support to me. Within the matter of six weeks he was able to walk steadily again, return home and can now use the skills he learned from VNAHSR to continue improving the quality of his life. Thank you to Beth, Ann, Dustin, Nancy and Jeff.

Stay away!! After several years of experience with this group of people it should be known that you or your family members health and well being are the furthest thing from their mind. They have some great people working in the field but when they have to spend 50% + of thier time covering thier tails and worrying about thier jobs, patient care can’t help but suffer. And the administration only looks at how they can turn your families misfortune into another bonus or profit margin. Do yourself a favor and go to Bayada.

The managers are EXTREMELY RUDE not only to their own staff but to patients. There are some good staff but far and few in between!
