Non-responsive to customer needs. I paid for a treatment for yellow jackets, which did not work. I was specifically assured that they had methods that would allow them to treat the yellow jackets without removing boards from my deck or damage to the deck. The person I spoke to was very confident this could be done. After a frustrating scheduling process, the tech finally came and wanted to drill a hole in the deck or lift up the boards. If I had understood this was the only way (which I don't believe it is) I would not have hired the company. The bees are still a problem. I've called 2x now for follow-up and not received a call back. I cannot recommend this company. Extremely poor customer service.

This was my first time ever dealing with any sort of pest control, but I would not hesitate to use The Eliminator again. We had 2 baby skunks that had fallen from our crawl space into the basement, with momma skunk still in the crawl space. The team that came out to the house thought to put a ramp back up to the crawl space and bait the babies back out. Within 3 days, the baby skunks were out of the basement and all 3 were trapped outside of the house. They then came back out to the house to put in an exclusion barrier where the skunks had gotten in. All of this work was turned down by other companies in the area who then referred me to The Eliminator.nnAll the guys on site were professional, courteous and safe (social distancing, used masks). The team in the office was friendly and responsive. Overall, would highly recommend this business.

These guys are amazing. Super friendly, always available via phone, and very reasonably priced. They took care of our two in-ground wasp nests in a jiffy.nnI'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

They have a great response time, notification prior to visits are great, and friendly staff! Easy and efficient! They helped take care of our problem.

They seem to know what they are doing,but did not work the first time completely..see if they get back to me.
