CVS Pharmacy

A very unnecessarily contentious experience. We had to go through the drive thru 3 times to resolve a prescription and were ultimately lectured in an aggressive manner by the pharmacist. I understand things are difficult right now but not only was their behavior unprofessional- they were wrong on the issue. The pharmacist was too occupied being defensive to calmy resolve the problem.

Al at the pharmacy was extremely rude and disrespectful when I made a mistake with my paperwork to fill a prescription for antibiotics. I will no longer be attending this CVS location and am considering not attending other locations as well. I think that employees should commit to having a respectful and polite attitude, especially when serving people who are experiencing health issues

Insufficient products.

CVS is not customer focused. They do not place their phone number on the prescription bottle because they don't want to be staffed or bothered by phone calls. When you go there, they are chronically understaffed and the few that work there are pissed and uncaring. CVS has grown too big and service is at the very bottom of their priority list. I've moved to Rite Aid.
