Line wasn't to bad. I applied for a real ID but didn't get one.. They were able to fix it.
Employees super nice.nRachel who is the The Supervisor was excellent and very helpful, 5 stars for her and the Employees.nHowever, Do not listen to advice from Allied security guards pertaining to registrations/titles when waiting in line. I was given false information and told I was wrong.nI don't not think that is part of their job.nI believe the DMV employees should have a course on the NADA laws.
The staff was courteous and helpful. We were able to get what we needed without any issues. Also the facility was clean and hand sanitizer was available.
The appointment system was great and I got my new registration done with less than 15 minutes in the building. I was also greeted by the friendliest DMV workers I've ever dealt with. Good experience for me!!
Quick and easy. Very pleasent young man at the registry desk. Best experience I've ever had at the DMV. I love the Covid scheduling system they use now and hope they keep it in place for the future. I was at the registry to register my truck for no more than 15 minutes!
