I’ve been working with Sean Lennon and his incredible team at Nationwide for several years. It’s always been important to me to have a local office that welcomed me with any questions I had about any of my policies. Recently, we had to report a claim, and from the second I called I felt comfortable. “if you need anything or have any questions, we are here, and will support you through this process,” is what Jaycee told me the day I filed. The claim went through with constant text and email updates, and within a few days an adjuster was out and did a thorough inspection. 5 days later the claim was settled, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This is why I work with Sean. Him and his team treats you as if we are family. When unfortunate things happen, especially in these times, it’s comforting to know there are companies and people that genuinely care about the outcomes of their customers. Simply the best insurance agency. I have a commercial insurance for my business and recently moved my car and home insurance as well. Easy to work with, nothing complicated, Sean is very honest and he has an answer for every question. Who writes a review of an insurance company? When the company is as good as Lennon Insurance, I do! Sean Lennon (and his crew) are honest, efficient, and provide a level of personal service that cannot be outdone! I started with auto insurance, then quickly switched my homeowners to Lennon Insurance as well. Switching was so simple and it saved me money too! When I did have a claim, Sean handled it quickly - I didn’t need to do any more than give him the details. Even better, I didn’t spend countless hours on the phone with automated support and call-backs. I wish more businesses were run with the same attention to customer service. This company has my business for life!

This is the best insurance agency by far. The go above and beyond for helping anyone and everyone. The prices are by far the best around especially for younger drivers. The thing that makes them stand out is their kindness and helpfulness. Would highly recommend to anyone, because they have helped me and support me and been there through all the driving experiences! Defiantly the best insurance around and the people make it even better!
