I was having trouble with my insurance company and a builder that was “supposed” to help. Someone recommended L & M Public Insurance Adjusters and immediacy after I hired them, everything started moving so much quicker and easier. My insurance company decided in no time flat, to almost double what their initial offer was and I was paid quicker than I thought possible. I highly recommend L & M Public Insurance Adjusters to anyone who is about to or already has filed a claim with their insurance company. Some private adjusters are worse to deal with than insurance agents but not Billy, he couldn’t be more professional and HE GETS THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!!

In March 2020 (just before the COVID 19 quarantine), we had a flood in our second floor bathroom that completely destroyed not only the bathroom but the two floors below including the family room which had just been completely renovated. The dining room ceiling caved in and the 90 year old oak hardwoods were destroyed as well. The insurance company came to assess the damage and offered $20k for the three floors of damage. We tried to fight on our own but to no avail. They finally closed the claim without letting us know and sent the $20k check. This was after three months of back and forth with them (and still during the COVID-19 nightmare). The stars must have been aligned the day we searched the internet for a public adjuster (at the suggestion of one of our friends). L&M came up first and we called. John was professional right from the start. He came out to assess the damage and agreed that we had much more than $20k worth of damage. He got right to work and as an end result we were awarded an additional $50k! The decision to hire L&M Public Adjusters was, by far, the best decision we ever made. I would highly recommend John if you need assistance with your insurance claim award!

I had a death in my house which was not discovered for 6 days, as well as a water leak. The insurer would not confirm or deny coverage for the death claim and They low balled me on the water claim. I was referred to and hired John from L & M. John fought for me, got the death claim covered and secured a $80,000 settlement for the death claim and an additional $35,000 above what was already paid by my insurer for the water claim. I was treated unfairly by the insurance company until John was hired. John from L & M is a professional and honest public adjuster. I am extremely happy with the result and would refer John from L & M Public Adjusters to anyone in my circumstance.nn- Joe

L & M Public Insurance Adjusters are Top Notch. They do all the work for you regarding the claim process including setting up repair quotes and handling insurer inspections. They generate and submit all the required insurance claim documentation and they keep you very well informed of the status of the claim. Best of all, they will get you the full claim value vice the insurance company's low-ball offer. Finally, their fee is very reasonable, too.

Within the first few sentences of hearing John Mullaney's voice my mind was put at ease. I didn't have to deal with the insurance adjuster anymore! He was intimidating, grouchy, just unpleasant.nJohn just took control immediately, he knew what to do and got me more than 4 times what insurance offered. I think they were intimidated with his professionalism. He's still keeping in touch even though he got his check weeks ago, just touching base. I like this, I have recommended him to others.
